Who we are

TBC Teletheatre BC was established in 1994 as a partnership between Fraser Downs, Hastings Racecourse, the BC Standardbred Association and the Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association, and is the only entity authorized by the provincial government to provide off-track wagering services in British Columbia.

Our Racebook locations throughout the province enable people in communities across BC to watch and wager on horse racing conducted at Fraser Downs in Surrey BC, and Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver BC, as well as other race tracks around the world.
